Prior to transitioning into Health Coaching I was a workplace health & wellbeing professional where I coordinated and promoted healthy lifestyle programs and initiatives aimed at fostering employees physical and mental health & wellbeing, a role that resonated with my personal values and passions.
In my earlier roles, I managed workers compensation claims and facilitated return to work plans, supporting injured workers and their transition back to work and mitigating risks to ensure a safe and healthy workplace is maintained. Collectively I bring 15 years of experience from diverse fields including public health, aviation, transport and logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, hospitality, leisure and education sectors.
My interest in health and wellbeing deepened over time. While on maternity leave, I decided to further my knowledge in this area and by 2019, I earned my certification as a Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach. Understanding the transformative power of Health Coaching and having supported people on their journey of change, I am now devoted to empowering others to unlock their potential, supporting them in enhancing their health and wellbeing so they can truly thrive in all aspects of their lives.
As a mum of two girls aged 6 and 10 and a wife who is always juggling tasks and living a busy lifestyle, I have worked out a way to maintain consistent healthy eating habits, daily movement, self care practises and manage my mindset and my mission is to help you find the right balance for you and achieve your desired health goals.
