STEPS TO GET STARTED

Connection Call

An opportunity to connect with me and share your goals/challenges/concerns, learn about how working together can help you to achieve your goals and to determine if we are the right fit for you.

Get Started!

If you decide to take the next step and sign up for one of my programs, I will email you an invoice for payment along with a wellbeing assessment questionnaire and a coaching agreement form and we’ll schedule your initial session.

Initial Session

Initial session is 75min. We discuss your completed questionnaire, areas you wish to work on and specific goals and create a realistic and achievable action plan that you can implement with confidence.

Follow up Sessions

At the end of the initial session we will schedule your follow up 60min sessions which will be held fortnightly. Each session will focus on where you’re at and what you need to keep you moving forward.
